Gabe Toole

Legislative Fellow

Gabe Toole is EMET’s Legislative Fellow. He holds a BA from Boston University in International Relations, concentrating on Africa & the Middle East, as well as an MA from Reichman University in Israel (formerly IDC Herzliya) in Government, specializing in Counter-Terrorism & Homeland Security.

Formerly Gabe has worked for the International Counter-Terrorism Institute in Israel and the Africa Center for Strategic Progress in Washington, D.C. He has been published in the International Counter-Terrorism InstituteStudies of Conflict and Terrorism, and has lived and worked in East Africa and Middle Eastern countries including Jordan, Iraq, Uganda, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, and Tanzania.
