The Endowment for Middle East Truth is pleased to provide you with an invitation on behalf of the Interparliamentary Coalition for Global Ethics, to a discussion regarding a new effort in establishing a genuine peace process through “Track III” diplomacy, using informal associations to try and establish a culture of peace. While EMET is not a sponsor of this event, we strongly believe that the “traditional” peace process has been marred by a failure to address the Palestinian culture of hatred and incitement. Accordingly, we provide this invitation as a service to our members.

Please RSVP to the email provided below, do not contact EMET regarding this invitation, as your RSVP will not be received by the organizers, and you may not receive a place.

The ICGE, EFF, Knesset Caucus for Israel and Global Ethics and CRFT are introducing Track III Diplomacy in Congress (September 12th) and at the United Nations (September 20). This follows the initial conference on Mideast Peace Options at the European Union Parliament in May 2012, and the meeting of local and religious leaders in Hebron in July 2012.

Track III diplomacy incorporates for the first time – religious leaders, parliamentarians and academic leaders who together form the missing link to create the culture of peace required as a foundation for the Mideast Peace Process. The goal of the conference is to assure the effective collaboration between all segments of the Quartet (EU, U.S. U.N. and Russia) within the framework of Track III Diplomacy, Track III diplomacy will serve as a model for peace in areas of conflict throughout the globe with hope for the future in the upcoming administration.
