Dr. Mordechai Kedar, is one of the foremost recognized authorities in the field of Arab and Middle East Studies, with a special research focus on Islam, Islamic Movements, and Popular Arab Culture.
Dr. Kedar has authored numerous publications on the Islamic world, including works focusing on the “Clash of Values” between Islam, Middle Eastern Societies, and the West.
As a former branch head in IDF Military Intelligence, Dr. Kedar is able to break down the key issues in why cultural differences between the Middle East and the West result in flawed assessments and mistaken policies.
