Last night we also headed to the Endowment for the Middle East Truth8th annual Rays of Light in the Darkness dinner at the Grand Hyatt. TheSpeaker of the Truth awards are given to Members of Congress who have worked to encourage change in Islamic fundamentalism in their own communities. We snapped EMET chairman David Green and honoreeCongressman Dan Lipinski.

Rosemary Schindler, the grand-niece of Oskar Schindler of Schindler’s List, and her husband, Skyline Church pastor Jim Garlow. Guests mingled in a VIP reception before enjoying a three-course dinner as the award winners were presented.

EMET works with US Middle East policy-makers to help with security from radical Islam and terror in America and to keep a strong American-Israeli alliance. Its committee member Mark Dorf is with honoree Dr. Ashraf Ramelah and Deborah Robinson.
