After two years of extensive study, Marcus Sheff and IMPACT-SE have just come out with a new, groundbreaking, 200-page report exploring exactly what is being taught in the UNRWA schools from kindergarten through 12th grade.
On June 11, US Secretary of State Tony Blinken stated that the Biden administration’s renewal of funding for UNWRA is contingent upon the reform of the anti-Israel and anti-Semitic hate education that has been omnipresent in the UNRWA textbooks, from maps that eliminate the state of Israel, and call it “Palestine,” to praising and glorifying terrorists, and to exhortations to become jihadists and martyrs.
Said the Secretary of State: “We’re also determined that UNRWA pursue very necessary reforms in terms of some of the abuses of the system that have taken place in the past, particularly the challenge that we’ve seen in disseminating in its educational products antisemitic or anti-Israel information, so we’re very focused on that,” Blinken said before the Appropriations Committees of the House and Senate regarding the State Department’s budget requests for the 2022 fiscal year.
Watch as Sheff examined whether UNRWA has met the conditions set out by the Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
