This briefing featured Itamar Marcus of The Palestinian Media Watch.

Mr. Marcus gave a detailed briefing on the Palestinian Authority and Hamas’ inability and unwillingness to fulfill its Oslo Accord obligation to suppress all incitement against Jews and Israel and the West.  This seminar was relevant because of the recent decision by the Obama Administration to bypass the expressed will of the United States’ Congress by issuing a waiver to side-step the congressional hold placed on providing funds to the Palestinian Authority. Administration spokesman stated that the delivery of $192 million dollars in funds to the Palestinians were in the interest of American national security, and claimed that, “the PA had fulfilled its major obligations, such as recognizing Israel’s right to exist, renouncing violence and accepting the Road Map for Peace.”  Mr. Marcus’ presentation included new exclusive video of Palestinian incitement to violence which had been recently played on Palestinian television.
