The Boycott, Divest and Sanctions movement is an increasing danger to Israel, especially on U.S. campuses. The BDS movement incorrectly and unfairly singles out Israel as the lone state that needs to be punished, for what is erroneously claimed to be an “apartheid state” that discriminates against Palestinian Arabs. Meanwhile, other nations, with real human rights issues, including such Middle Eastern states as Iran, Turkey, and Syria, are ignored by promoters of BDS. EMET works with Congress to combat BDS.
