Along the pathway to his current position, Major General Peled served as a special forces Commander in the Sword of Gideon unit before becoming the Head of the Operation and Training Division for the border police.  He has served as Commander of the Hebron district and the Negev District and as Deputy Commander for the Jerusalem district.  He holds a B.A. in Islam and Middle Eastern Studies and an M.A. in Jewish Studies.

Col. Richard Kemp: Col. Richard Kemp has spent most his life fighting terrorism and insurgency, commanding British troops on the front line of some of the world’s toughest hotspots, including Afghanistan, Iraq, the Balkans and Northern Ireland. In 1993 Richard was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire by the Queen for intelligence work in Northern Ireland. He took part in the invasion of Iraq in 1991 in a Challenger tank with the Desert Rats, and was decorated for bravery with the United Nations Protection Force in Bosnia in 1994. In 2005, at the request of the US Ambassador to Iraq, he spent three months on a special intelligence assignment in Baghdad, Fallujah and Mosul. Richard Chaired the Cobra Intelligence Group, responsible for coordinating the work of the national intelligence agencies, including MI5 and MI6, during the July 2005 London bombings, the Madrid and Bali attacks and a number of high profile political kidnappings.  He was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire for his work and, in the words of the Chief of Defence Intelligence, had “huge influence at the highest level of government.”

Benjamin Anthony: Benjamin Anthony is the founder of Our Soldiers Speak (www.oursoldiersspeak.org). This non-for-profit NGO provides briefings and analysis on the realities and challenges faced by the Israel Defense Forces in asymmetrical combat situations.

Benjamin is the lead lecturer for the organization which has reached diverse audiences at over 400 campuses across several continents as well as leading think tanks in various countries.  He has lectured before students at every Ivy League college and has been keynote speaker for Israel Bonds, CAMERA, CUFI, and numerous Jewish Federations. Benjamin has also spoken at some of the most prestigious Synagogues around the world. In 2013 he spoke at the plenary session of the AIPAC Convention in Washington DC. Benjamin also speaks annually on Capitol Hill, and arranges briefings by senior IDF officers for members of the US Congress and their staffers.

A Sergeant in the I.D.F. reserves, Benjamin is a veteran of service in:The Second Lebanon War, 2006; Operation Pillar of Defense, 2012; Operation Protective Edge, 2014.  He has served in Judea and Samaria / The West Bank and along Israel’s northern border.  Benjamin continues to serve on an annual basis as a combat reservist in the IDF. He is a graduate of the University of Manchester, UK.

Sarah Stern: Sarah Stern is the Founder and President of the Endowment for Middle East Truth, (EMET), an unabashedly pro-Israel and pro-America think tank and policy shop in Washington DC. Sarah has more than 30 years of experience on Capitol Hill, and has helped to draft and pass many pieces of legislation, speeches and congressional resolutions including the Koby Mandell Act which resulted in the opening of an office in the Department of Justice (DOJ) entitled the Office for Justice of Victims of Overseas Terrorism (OVT); the Syria Accountability Act; and a Resolution in support of Israel’s right to build a security fence and defend her citizens the way they deem appropriate.  Sarah was also instrumental in getting several amendments to Title VI of the Higher Education Opportunities Act in passed in 2008, to correct the anti-American and anti-Israeli biases in Middle East Studies programs that have been funded, at taxpayers’ expense, to a number of U.S. universities.

Sarah’s work has appeared in numerous media outlets, including The New Republic, The Middle East Quarterly, Israel Hayom, Frontpagemag.com; Breitbart, InFocus, The American Thinker, The Jerusalem Post, The Times of Israel, and the Washington Jewish Week, The Washington Times, among others. She has appeared on television and radio, and has spoken throughout the country and in Israel on topics including the U.S.-Israel relationship, the Iranian nuclear threat, global terrorism, Post Zionism, the corruption of the Palestinian Authority, and many more related issues.  Sarah is the editor and author of the highly acclaimed book, “Saudi Arabia and the Global Islamist Terrorist Network: America and the West’s Fatal Embrace.” Additionally, she is the author of one novel, “Cherished Illusions,” (2005, Balfour Books), and has written a chapter in Frank Gaffney’s widely acclaimed book, “War Footing” (Naval Press. 2006).
