Now that Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas has shown his true colors by entering into a national unity government with Hamas, the two state paradigm has been exposed as fundamentally flawed.  Caroline Glick and her book, “The Israeli Solution,” is offering us a rational and pragmatic alternative to that paradigm.

The reigning consensus is that the U.S. must seek to resolve the Arab world’s conflict with Israel by implementing the so-called “two-state solution.” Yet between 1970 and 2013, the U.S. has presented nine different peace plans based on the two-state solution. All failed. Yet the policy paradigm remains the only game in town.

Suggested contribution is $100 at the door, which includes a free copy of the book.

ABOUT THE BOOK: In The Israeli Solution: a One-State Plan for Peace in the Middle East, Glick, a former Oslo negotiator, Harvard and Columbia-trained scholar, former Iraq war reporter and Jerusalem Post columnist traces the history and false assumptions the two-state policy is based upon, most notably the huge falsification of demographic data regarding the number of Arabs in the region. After delineating 90 years of failed policy, The Israel Solution offers an alternative way toward stability and peace based on Israeli sovereignty over Judea and Samaria.
The book discusses how the Israeli one-state plan would be implemented and what it could mean for the daily lives of Israelis and Palestinians alike, as well as how the population influx can keep Israel as a Jewish and democratic state. Plus, the likely responses of the relevant international actors is also discussed, along with the risks and benefits for the Palestinians, Israelis and Americans.
It’s compelling and contrarian, but it’s an amazingly compelling argument for building and maintaining stability in the region and setting up a secure peace between Israel and its neighbors.
Radio host and author of “Liberty and Tyranny” Mark Levin says, “The Israeli Solution exposes all the lies we’ve been spoon fed for a generation and presents an alternative policy for the United States to follow in the Middle East.”
Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton writes, “Caroline Glick cuts through the fog of diplomacy surrounding what Israel should do with the West Bank. Her analysis and strategy will cause headaches and palpitations in foreign ministries around the world wedded to the failed ‘two-state solution.'”
